It isn’t quite time for Christmas cards, but year round there’s births, engagements, weddings, adoptions, moving notices, graduations, and so much more!
As a thank you to my twitter followers & facebook fans, through October 31st I am offering a special deal on 5×7 card designs! Other sizes are available on request. For the Premium 5×7 Card Package you get:
- Whatever text you want!
- The use of 2-3 papers/textures of my own making and/or ones done by designers that I have a commercial use license for.
- Up to 5 elements (ie buttons, flowers, tags, etc) of my own making and/or ones done by designers that I have a commercial use license for.
- 1-3 photos. If you want for me to take the photos, you must purchase my photography services.
- Up to 3 mock-ups of the card before being finalized.
- The high-resolution file to print at your favorite photo printer or lab!
Cost? $25 for Fans!! Normally a $40 package, which is still a steal!
This is a cheaper alternative to online or photo lab card making services! This way you get a card that is UNIQUE TO YOU! Plus, you save money by picking where you want the cards printed. Other places with pre-made designs charge about $2 for each card printed! If you send out about 100 birth announcements, that would be $200 before taxes! With design of your own, and prints as low as 10 cents each, your total cost — including my design fee — is $35! That’s a savings of $165!
Check out my flickr feed & sets for examples for invitations/announcements I have designed in the past. However, note that I use digital scrapbooking papers to make my own personal invitations & I may not have a commercial license for a paper you may like. I design my own digital paper for paid for design work.
In the next few days I will be adding descriptions & costs for all of my graphic design services, but I couldn’t wait any long to get this up!

Terms of the Fan Discount:
One discounted product or service per customer, with a $5 deposit at the time of hiring. Customer must be a fan and/or follower from at least the first contact to completion of the design. Customer must post on their facebook or twitter at least once about the deal they are receiving from Ocean Wide Designs. Additional services not included in the package may be added on at an additional cost. The design MAY NOT be posted online without a Ocean Wide Designs watermark. OWD & Meg B. retain the copyright while allowing the customer to make unlimited prints. OWD reserves the right to cancel this promotion at anytime before the October 31st deadline, customers who have paid their deposit will still receive the discount if the promotion is canceled early.
